Working in Spain - Work permits |
|
If you plan to work in Spain permanently you will need to apply for a visado de residencia. If you plan to set up your own business you will also need an EU
document called the tarjeta communitaria. To obtain this document you will need to authorise the new business by acquiring a licencia fiscal
(a business licence) from the tax authorities. This will be easier to obtain if you employ local labour.
If you plan to work in a self-employed basis, you will need to register with the local tax office and the district police station. |

include The Broadsheet in Madrid, Sur in Malaga and The Metropolitan. There are also National Employment Institute offices throughout the country who can find people work or help them set up their own businesses. |
